Freight charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice unless otherwise specified. Collect and third party billing freight options are available.

Weights on most of our products are listed in this catalog to aid our distributors with freight pricing estimates. If using these weights to calculate freight charges please allow for the additional weight of packaging materials and pallets (IPP, Inc. standard pallet weighs approx. 40 pounds each).

Our Customer Service Department will be pleased to provide any information regarding freight options such as pricing, overnight services, dedicated carriers, etc.. Please call with your freight questions or needs.

Shipments of pipe, fabricated fittings, tanks and/or fixtures may require oversized carriers or special arrangements. Please inquire with our Customer Service Department regarding freight options available for these larger shipments.

Orders that are not released or picked up in a timely manner may be subject to additional storage or handling fees.
