Price Inquiry Forms for DESIGN-FLOW™ HDPE Pipe can be obtained by contacting our
Customer Service Department. Your completed Price Inquiry Form (PIF) can be submitted by
fax or e-mail. Job specific information can also be submitted by phone and a Customer
Service Representative will be happy to complete and return. Independent Pipe Products, Inc.
sells only to approved distributors. Please call for a distributor in your area.
All pricing will be issued FOB. Plant Headquarters, Dallas, TX 75236 (or point of origin) unless
noted otherwise. Freight pricing estimates can be provided upon request.
All prices are based on normal manufacturing lead times at normal costs. Rush manufacturing
and rush shipments may be subject to a service or expediting charge.

All orders are subject to Independent Pipe Products, Inc. acceptance and our current conditions
of sale. Prices are subject to change without notice to comply with the prices in effect at
time of shipment. Price preservation will be extended to include shipment of orders acknowledged
prior to the effective increase date, provided shipment is made within 30 calendar days
of the price increase. |

| Ordering |
| Terms: Net 30 days from date of invoice. |
| Freight Charges: Freight will be prepaid and added to the invoice unless otherwise specified. |
| Order Placement: Orders are taken by our Customer Service Department via phone, facsimile
and/or e-mail and will require a purchase order number or a reference number if possible.

| Availability of Product |
| Independent Pipe Products, Inc. has a large inventory of HDPE pipe, fittings and accessories. |
| Availability of the products listed in this catalog will always be subject to the availability of raw
material. Large quantities of raw material are kept on hand to provide timely deliveries. |
| Non-stock or out-of-stock items will be entered for production when ordered. An estimated
completion date will be given, if requested, within 48 hours of order entry/acceptance. |

| Cancellations |
| Resale, non-stock or out-of-stock items that have been ordered are subject to cancellation
charges if production has been started or if special materials have been purchased for the
production of these items or fulfillment of order. |
